Juniper Square is seeking a Product Designer to join their GPX product team. You’ll focus on designing user experiences for both investment managers and their investors. This includes designing workflows for fundraising, communication tools, and investor reporting interfaces.

• Partner with product managers to understand user needs and business goals
• Design solutions across all stages of the design process, from wireframes to prototypes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring your designs to life
• Continuously improve and expand Juniper Square’s design system
• Work with developers to ensure designs are feasible and meet accessibility standards
• Conduct user research and analyze usage data to inform design decisions

• 4+ years of experience on a product design team
• Proficiency in Figma for creating design specifications
• Passion for user research and understanding customer needs
• Experience working cross-functionally with other teams
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Competitive salary ($125,000 - $185,000 USD or $155,000 - $220,000 CAD)
