As a Senior Director in the AI Business Solutions team, you will lead the solutioning and deployment of AI solutions across sectors, help clients navigate the AI landscape, and support EY‑Parthenon’s broader offerings.

• Business consultant:
  Engage directly with clients to assess needs, lead positioning meetings, conduct workshops and propose AI‑driven solutions aligned with business objectives.
• AI and Machine Learning Expertise:
  Deep knowledge of AI fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures and programming languages like Python.
• System Design and Architecture:
  Craft scalable, maintainable AI systems with proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), microservices and APIs.
• Data Engineering:
  Manage large datasets, build data pipelines, and ensure data quality, preprocessing and governance for AI applications.
• Project Management:
  Manage time, prioritize tasks and lead or contribute to project work streams under tight deadlines.
• Security and Ethics:
  Understand AI‑related security risks, data privacy, bias mitigation and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR).
• Business and Commercially Driven:
  Work in a fast‑paced environment with strong business acumen to deliver client value.
• Building Relationships:
  Cultivate strong working relationships with clients and key decision makers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and 8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Proven history of developing and deploying AI solutions in real‑world settings, ideally across multiple sectors.
• Experience engaging directly with clients to assess needs and propose AI‑driven solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Excellent analytical skills and confidence translating complex data into meaningful insights.
• Experience leading small teams and mentoring junior professionals to ensure project success and knowledge sharing.
• Reside in or be in a commutable distance to an office location for this position.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when necessary; travel may be required beyond work location based on client and project needs.

• Experience gained within another large professional services organization.
• Preferred: MBA.
• Dynamic individuals who thrive in ambiguous situations to help clients solve critical strategic, business, and economic challenges.
• Knowledge of how to leverage firm‑approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.

• Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with a base salary range of $250,000 to $290,000; individual salaries determined by factors such as education, experience, skills and geography.

• Hybrid model: most external, client serving roles work together in person 40‑60% of the time.
