• Translate business requirements & acceptance criteria into test strategies and test plans
• Design, develop, and maintain API automation frameworks for CI/CD pipelines
• Build automated functional test scripts using Karate, JMeter, Java, Cucumber/JBehave
• Execute full-stack and integration testing with 3rd‑party systems
• Conduct manual and exploratory testing as needed
• Troubleshoot issues, analyze test results, and drive defect resolution
• Provide mentorship to onshore/offshore test engineers on automation approaches
• Collaborate with product owners to clarify requirements and enhancements
• Ensure adherence to testing standards, methodologies, and best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 2–4 years of hands-on SDET / QA automation experience

• Java (2+ years) development experience
• Cucumber / JBehave (2+ years) or other BDD frameworks
• 2+ years in test automation framework design
• Strong experience testing REST APIs
• 2+ years developing performance tests using JMeter
• Full‑stack & third‑party integration testing
• End-to-end system integration testing
• Experience with penetration testing (basic)

• Experience with AWS Cloud
• Familiarity with CI/CD (Jenkins, Git)
• Understanding of TDD
