As Full Stack Engineer, you will join a small, highly skilled team to develop scalable APIs that handle hundreds of millions of requests daily for Live Ops.

DLVR, the company behind BIG BALLERS VR, is VC-backed and experiencing exponential growth month over month.

• Lead backend engineering for BIG BALLERS VR (using Node, Postgres, Railway, and Cloudflare Workers).
• Implement critical API systems to support gameplay, core infrastructure, networking, streaming, and AI.
• Collaborate directly with the co-founders to create highly scalable, reliable, and useful systems.
• Optimize APIs for low latency and high bandwidth traffic, serving millions of users per day.
• Drive backend hiring and team growth as responsibilities increase.
• Enforce modern security practices and harden our backend.

• Comfort with Scale:
  
  Experience serving millions of users per day across web or mobile platforms in startups, gaming, or social sectors.
• Team Player:
  
  Commitment to continuous learning, honesty, and teamwork to deliver the best product together.
• Product Sense:
  
  Experience in designing, shipping, and enhancing features to improve user experience.
• Developer Sense:
  
  Passion for simplifying development for yourself and others, prioritizing the developer user experience alongside the user’s experience.

  A passion for memes is a plus!
• Nice to Have:
  
  Experience with Unity and real-time or streaming applications.
