Rely is an AI-native platform accelerating due diligence and underwriting for the $265B multifamily real estate market

We're a remote-first, lean team moving fast on product and already working with some of the largest companies in the industry. We're looking to hire a mission driven, full-stack engineer that wants to make an immediate impact and expedite the delivery of key features.
What You’ll Work On- Build intuitive and expressive full-stack workflows that enable the easy manipulation and comprehension over thousands of documents
- Own high-impact features ranging from core functionality to internal tooling, performance improvements, and reliability
- Operate independently while keeping a tight feedback loop with the team and our customers
- Use LLMs and OCR to comprehend and extract information from unstructured documents with industry-leading accuracy
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, 3 years owning entire projects and outcomes
- Strong skills in React (Next.js), Python/Celery and Postgres
- Proficient in AI workflows (LLMs, embeddings, vector search, etc.)
- 1-2 years experience at an early stage startup (
