Our client, a leading organization in data management and enterprise solutions, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior STEP Developer (Stibo STEP MDM/PIM) to join their dynamic team. As a Senior STEP Developer, you will be instrumental in supporting and enhancing the company's Master Data Management and Product Information Management platforms. • Design, develop, and optimize complex STEP configurations, workflows, and integrations to support enterprise data management initiatives.
• Provide production support, including incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution to ensure platform stability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions that enhance data quality and governance.
• Lead platform enhancements, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain cutting‑edge capabilities.
• Develop and maintain documentation, operational runbooks, and support materials to facilitate efficient service delivery and knowledge sharing.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in MDM/PIM solution development, with strong hands‑on expertise in the Stibo STEP platform.
• Proficiency in workflow development, web UI configuration, JavaScript Business Rules, and data modeling within STEP.
• Solid understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), XML, JSON, and data integration techniques.
• Experience supporting enterprise data governance, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system upgrades in production environments.
