Software Engineer II; iOS

Adyen is looking for a full‑time iOS developer to help us conquer the world of mobile payments. You'll be working in a cross‑functional and motivated team with a lot of room to start new initiatives and take ownership. Besides having an open and entrepreneurial mindset, we expect you to be experienced in iOS development, both from an implementation and architectural point of view.

• You will be working on a cutting edge solution, building the future of mobile payments in the form of SDKs, using the most up‑to‑date iOS stack (iOS 17/18, async/await).
• You’ll be working on mission critical SDKs used by our merchants like Uber,  and McDonald’s to authenticate financial transactions following the latest cutting edge protocols and technologies, and tackling security and compliance challenges.

• A motivated, enthusiastic team player
• Able to write reliable and clearly understandable code
• Willing to learn and improve
• Flexible, open to new ideas
• Proactive, can bring great ideas to improve the solution
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in iOS development using Swift
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Experience with building libraries used by other developers

The annual base salary range for this role is $154,000 - $200,000.
