We are seeking a Software Developer II to collaborate with a team of application specialists in supporting enterprise applications for our clients. This role involves developing RESTful web services, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

• Work with a team of application specialists to maintain and enhance enterprise applications.

• Develop and unit test RESTful web services and web applications using tools like SOAP UI and Postman
  .

• Translate business requirements into well‑structured, maintainable code while following best development practices, including thorough code and design documentation.

• Develop both backend and frontend components for web‑based applications.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects efficiently.

• Optimize performance across application and network tiers.

• Assess and prioritize issues based on urgency, escalating critical concerns to management when necessary.

• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

• Participate in cross‑training and knowledge‑sharing initiatives to promote best practices.

• Stay up to date with evolving technologies and quickly adapt to new applications.

• Foster teamwork and effective communication with both internal and client teams.

• Ensure high-quality,
  defect‑free software solutions that align with industry standards.

• Analyze and evaluate periodic vendor‑released application upgrades
  .

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field
  .

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years in a relevant role such as Programmer/Analyst, Software Developer, or IT Consultant
  .

Strong expertise in:

• Languages & Frameworks: Java, Angular 13, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Spring Framework, Spring Security, Hibernate.

• Tools & Technologies: Maven, Bootstrap, Oracle, JBoss, Git Lab, SQL Developer/Toad, JIRA, JBoss Cruise Control, Eclipse.

• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a client‑focused environment.

• Strong decision‑making skills with the ability to seek guidance when needed.

• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality solutions
