Required Qualifications- 7–10 years of experience in software engineering and application development.
- Strong expertise with the MERN Stack:
- MongoDB
- Express.js
- React.js
- Node.js
- Proficiency in:
- Python
- Type Script
- Java Script
- Java
- Experience designing and deploying scalable APIs, integrations, and web services.
- Hands‑on experience building and deploying production‑grade applications.
- Strong understanding of databases, system architecture, interfaces, and application development methodologies.
- Experience with AI-native development tools and workflows, including:
- Cursor
- Git Hub Copilot
- Claude Code
- MCPs (Model Context Protocols)
- Practical experience developing and integrating Generative AI solutions.
- Experience implementing RAG architectures and AI evaluation frameworks.
Minimum 5 years of experience working with:
- IDEs: VS Code, Jet Brains Suite
- Version Control:
Git, Git Hub - Package Managers: npm, yarn, pip, Maven, Gradle
- Containerization:
Docker
