We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Dynamics 365 CRM/CE to play a key role in the design, development, and delivery of enterprise customer engagement solutions. This individual will serve as a hands‑on technical expert, partnering with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to build scalable, secure, and innovative solutions across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
The ideal candidate combines deep Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement expertise with strong software engineering capabilities and a passion for driving technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and enhance solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM/CE).
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical designs and solution architectures.
- Lead the technical implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM projects, including customization, integrations, security, and data migration.
- Develop and support custom components including Plugins, Custom APIs, Workflows, PCF Controls, Azure Functions, and integrations.
- Build and maintain solutions utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
. - Design and support data models, reporting solutions, and enterprise integration frameworks.
- Conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices related to quality, performance, scalability, and security.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to evaluate and implement new technologies and platform capabilities.
- Leverage AI‑powered solutions including Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and intelligent automation within Dynamics 365.
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across CRM initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE
. - 5+ years of experience developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform
. - Strong expertise in:
- Dynamics 365 Sales
- Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Microsoft Dataverse
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Experience with Customer Service routing capabilities, including unified and traditional routing.
- Hands‑on experience developing:
- C#
- .NET Core
- Java Script
- Type Script
- React
- Python
- Experience creating:
- Plugins
- Custom APIs
- Workflows
- PCF Controls
- Azure Functions
- SSIS Packages
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 integrations, APIs, data migration, and enterprise architecture patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern software development practices.
- Proven ability to lead technical design discussions and drive solution delivery.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure certifications.
- Experience with Snowflake and cloud‑based data platforms.
- Experience with Kafka, event‑driven architectures, or enterprise integration frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agentic AI, MCP frameworks, and Copilot technologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within large, complex enterprise environments.
