We are looking for a highly skilled and hands‑on Full‑Stack Team Lead to guide and mentor a team of experienced developers. In this role, you will drive the technical vision, foster a culture of innovation, and ensure the successful delivery of key projects. You will play a critical role in shaping our product’s foundation, all while actively coding and providing leadership to your team.

• Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of full‑stack developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Provide hands‑on technical leadership while actively contributing to development tasks.
• Mentor and advise teams in code review, pair programming and more.
• Lead the adoption of agentic coding in the team.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment between technical and business goals.
• Proactively identify and address potential technical challenges and roadblocks.
• Contribute to products’ vision and subsequent execution.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience leading a team of software engineers.
• 5+ years of recent hands‑on coding and software design with Node.js.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of databases: SQL/No
  
  SQL/Big Query, like MongoDB, Elastic, etc.

• Salary Range: $170,000-$190,000 (Pending Experience)
