Senior C++ Software Developer — Options Market Making
Chicago, IL | Full-time | On-site
Responsibilities- Design and optimize low-latency C++ systems powering automated options market making.
- Work directly with traders and engineers to take ideas from concept to production.
- Rewrite legacy Java into C++, perform diagnostic analysis, and tune for maximum throughput.
- 5+ years at an options market making firm
- Strong modern C++ and system-level Linux programming
- Deep CS fundamentals – data structures, algorithms, concurrency
- Strong debugging, profiling, and performance-tuning skills
- Direct access to founders from day one
- Proprietary low-latency systems built in-house
