Required Skills & Experience

+ 3+ years of software engineering experience

+ Strong professional development experience with Python

+ Experience designing and consuming REST APIs

+ Hands-on integration experience with third-party systems

+ Knowledge of OAuth, API authentication, and webhooks

+ Experience working with JSON, CSV, and data pipelines

+ Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes environments

+

Experience with cloud-based applications

+ Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

+ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Desired Skills & Experience

+ Voice AI or conversational AI experience

+ Twilio, Genesys, Five9, or related telephony platforms

+

Experience with LLMs and AI-enabled applications

+ Healthcare technology experience

+ Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or HIPAA environments

+ Java or Kotlin development experience

+ Client-facing implementation or solutions engineering background

Experience with Lang Chain, Lang Graph, or agent frameworks
