Senior Gen AI Developer​/Architect – INTL India

Overview

Need to be local to Delhi NCR (hybrid 3 days onsite).

Day to day:
Work closely with the Digital Technology team to design, architect, and build internal-facing applications, AI-powered workflows, automation solutions, and rapid prototypes. This individual will serve as the technical lead for a small team of developers while remaining hands-on in development. They will guide architecture decisions, conduct design reviews, mentor team members, and leverage Claude Code and modern GenAI technologies to accelerate delivery.

Initial projects will focus on metrics dashboards, operational visibility, reporting automation, and validating new business ideas through rapid prototyping.

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of full-stack applications using .NET/C#, React, databases, and AWS
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of 2–3 engineers
• Conduct design reviews and guide implementation efforts to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions
• Develop AI-powered applications, Agentic AI workflows, and intelligent automation solutions
• Build rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate business ideas and opportunities
• Leverage Claude Code and AI-assisted development tools to improve developer productivity and accelerate delivery
• Collaborate directly with Anand and business stakeholders to translate concepts into working solutions
• Create dashboards, reporting platforms, and operational visibility tools
• Remain hands-on with development while driving architectural direction
• Evaluate emerging GenAI technologies and recommend practical applications for internal business use
• Support the progression of successful prototypes into production-ready solutions
• Own technical delivery end-to-end, ensuring quality, performance, and scalability across solutions

• 7–10 years of overall software development experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Full Stack Development experience using .NET/C#, React or Angular, and relational databases
• 1–3 years of AI/GenAI development experience including LLMs, RAG solutions, vector databases, AI agents, and multi-step workflows
• Experience leveraging Claude Code for workflow automation, rapid application development, and agent creation
• AWS cloud services experience (AWS preferred over Azure)
• Experience leading and mentoring small development teams (2–3 engineers)
• Strong solution architecture and application design experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Hands-on developer who is actively coding while also providing technical leadership
• Experience rapidly building prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and MVPs
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of current GenAI, Agentic AI, and AI-assisted development trends
• Must be local to Delhi NCR and able to work hybrid/on-site with Anand and the team
