Senior Service Now Developer
Position within the Service Now platform team, responsible for designing, developing, configuring, troubleshooting, and implementing Service Now applications and services. The role focuses on platform, ITSM, HRSD, and SPM applications, supporting the entire development lifecycle and promoting a reusable data model.
Key Job Responsibilities- Design, develop and maintain Service Now applications and workflows across platform, ITSM, HRSD, and SPM.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and workflows.
- Ensure high‑quality code through unit testing, code reviews and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize performance through tuning and governance mechanisms.
- Advanced Service Now certifications, including CIS in one or more product lines (ITSM or SPM) or ArchX.
- Experience with Service Now App Engine Studio and UI Builder.
- Data modeling and table design expertise.
- Knowledge of governance and performance‑tuning best practices.
- Experience with Dev Ops practices / CI‑CD pipelines, including source control (Git).
Base pay ranges from $140,000 to $150,000, depending on experience and location.
