Senior Analyst, Software Engineering – support and enhance a suite of business‑critical applications for partners and clients. The role combines production support, root‑cause analysis, and hands‑on development in Java, Spring, and SQL in a fast‑paced environment.

• Provide Level2 and Level3 application support for critical business applications, ensuring timely investigation and resolution of production issues.
• Partner with business users and stakeholders to understand issues, gather requirements, and provide ongoing systems guidance.
• Perform root‑cause analysis of application, data, and integration issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Develop, test, and deploy application fixes, enhancements, and minor features using Java and Spring‑based technologies.
• Analyze SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures to diagnose data‑related issues and improve system performance.
• Participate in release validation, user acceptance testing, and production deployments.
• Monitor application health and proactively identify opportunities to improve reliability, stability, and supportability.
• Prepare technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge‑sharing materials.
