Role OverviewSoftware Engineer, Test (QA) supporting the Clearing platform. Work across U.S. Clearing Systems groups, collaborating with engineering and product teams to ensure new features and functionality perform as expected.
Responsibilities- Perform manual and automated testing with a focus on automation.
- Ensure releases are stable, do not negatively impact customers, and are completed smoothly.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of QA experience, including automated test case creation, coding and enhancing test frameworks.
- Experience with Cucumber BDD framework and reporting.
- Experience with Selenium, Playwright, or other UI automation tools.
- Java and Python development for testing; additional scripting knowledge is a plus.
- API testing, including REST and SOAP.
- Strong object‑oriented design and programming knowledge.
- Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with PostgreSQL (preferred) or MySQL, and MongoDB; SQL proficiency required.
- Experience with AI‑powered testing tools (e.g., Claude Code).
- Unix/Linux experience, preferably RHEL/RPM‑based.
- Familiarity with FIX 4.4, Swift, and Kafka (plus).
- Git experience; knowledge of continuous integration tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo;
Atlassian suite (plus). - Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication within cross‑functional teams.
- Working in financial markets, especially clearing, trade processing, or market data protocols.

Salary Range (U.S.)Base salary range: $102,850 – $133,100. Compensation may also include annual incentives and long‑term equity participation.
