Client & Project:
We are seeking a new talent to join the Software Engineering team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project. The client is a company dedicated to providing integrated health services and pharmacy care to improve health outcomes and enhance patient experiences.

Responsibilities:
As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your role will focus on significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity while evolving more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a critical part of this role. Expert proficiency in Playwright is required. Advanced proficiency in Cypress.io Testing Framework is recommended.

Drive the adoption of best practices in test automation to enhance overall software quality and delivery speed. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with business goals and technical requirements. Analyze testing metrics and feedback to continuously improve testing processes and tools. Support and mentor team members to build their expertise and foster a culture of quality and innovation.

Lead efforts to integrate new testing technologies and methodologies that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
