Hiring: AS400 / RPG & Synon Technical Lead
Location:
Chicago, IL / Dallas, TX - Hybrid
Duration: 12 Months
Experience:
8-18 Years
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related IT field
Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Modern RPG, Synon, and DB2
- Ability to design application changes based on business requirements and existing application architecture
- Experience technically leading a team of 3+ resources
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Technically lead the development team and provide technical direction
- Design, develop, code, and unit test application changes
- Understand business requirements and existing application architecture
- Collaborate effectively with Onshore and Offshore teams
- Interact with Business and Customer IT stakeholders
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business and application requirements
