Hiring for a fast-growing electronic options market maker in Chicago. Small team, flat structure, real ownership from day one.
The RoleDesign and optimize low-latency C++ systems powering automated options market making. Work directly with traders and engineers to take ideas from concept to production. Includes rewriting legacy Java into C++, diagnostic analysis, and tuning for maximum throughput.
You- 5+ years at an options market making firm
- Strong modern C++ and system-level Linux programming
- Deep CS fundamentals — data structures, algorithms, concurrency
- Strong debugging, profiling, and performance-tuning skills
- Direct access to founders from day one
- Proprietary low-latency systems built in-house
