ServiceNow Developer; In-Person

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize Service Now modules including Incident, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, Asset Management, ITOM, and HAM
  .
• Design and maintain integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, Scripted REST APIs, REST Messages, and middleware
  .
• Develop and maintain scoped applications while following application scope, cross-scope, CSDM, and platform licensing best practices.
• Gather requirements and translate business processes into scalable Service Now solutions.
• Perform testing, upgrades, patches, code reviews, and quality assurance;
  ATF experience is a plus.
• Support platform security through ACLs, security properties, data classification, and Health Scan remediation
  .
• Create technical documentation, integration runbooks, workflows, and knowledge articles.
• Leverage Service Now Now Assist, Build Agent, Virtual Agent, and Predictive Intelligence capabilities.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide technical guidance to administrators and development teams.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years Service Now development/configuration experience.
• Strong ITSM/ITOM/HAM and CMDB experience.
• Integration Hub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs
  .
• Service Now configuration, workflow automation, access control, reporting, and integrations.
• Understanding of CSDM and Service Now platform licensing
  .
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
