Product AI Engineer

You will work on an advanced AI-powered platform designed to revolutionize the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Unlike traditional solutions that focus on a single aspect of development, it offers a holistic suite of AI-driven tools spanning the entire SDLC—from product ideation to deployment. By integrating automated, self-learning agents, the platform enables AI-centric workflows, reducing manual intervention and enhancing efficiency at every stage.

As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality digital products that drive business value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, innovative solutions that meet client needs and exceed user expectations.

Your Impact:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop and enhance digital products.
• Lead and mentor team to engineers to design, develop, and test software solutions that align with business and technical requirements.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of digital products.
• Contribute to the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and maintenance.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth product operation.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in software development and product engineering. Preferably with an internet product-based company.
• 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, building processes, testing, and operations experience.
• Experience leading and mentoring highly capable team of engineers and ensure delivery on project timelines.
• Experience in System Design and Architecture (HLD/LLD).
• Experience building agents till deployment.
• Strong proficiency in Python with experience in LLM/agentic frameworks (Lang Chain, Llama Index, Lang Graph, crewAI, Auto Gen).
• Experience with data structures or algorithms and strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals.
• Experience in professional software development experience, including demonstrated experience designing, building, and operating scalable, production-grade systems.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages including, but not limited to Python.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with Agile and Dev Ops practices.

Pay Range: $165,000 - $195,000 The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
