Basic Qualifications:

• 7 years in Software Engineering
• 2 years specialized in Generative AI and Agentic Frameworks

Required Skills:

• Mastery of AWS Bedrock Ecosystem, foundational models, prompt engineering, and Amazon Bedrock Agents
• Experience with AWS Bedrock Agent Core Runtime, Gateway, Memory, Identity, and Observability
• Mastery of AWS Kiro IDE, Agent Toolkit for AWS, and building specialized Kiro Powers
• Expertise in building A2A communication, collaborative workflows, and frameworks like Strands, CrewAI, or Lang Graph
• Deep understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) server architectures
• Strong proficiency in Python or Type Script, AWS Lambda, and API Gateway
• Strong knowledge of managing and implementing Agile methodologies and practices
• Experience with JIRA and Chalk pages, building JIRA scrum/kanban boards and dashboards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with secure microVM agent environments
• Experience in establishing deterministic IAM authorization patterns

Role and Responsibilities:

• Design scalable multi-agent systems using Amazon Bedrock Agent Core Runtime and Gateway
• Build robust Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication patterns enabling supervisor/sub-agent handoffs
• Use AWS Kiro IDE and Kiro Powers to turn natural language prompts into production code
• Connect agents to external enterprise resources, legacy APIs, and tools via the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Build stateful agent sessions using Agent Core conversational memory modules
• Establish cloud security measures

Job Description:

The Solution Enterprise Architect
- Infrastructure  will lead the design, development, and deployment of production-grade AI agents using the latest AWS agentic infrastructure. The role involves leveraging AWS Bedrock Agent Core and AWS Kiro to build complex, secure, and highly scalable multi-agent systems featuring advanced Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication and orchestration protocols. The candidate will be responsible for designing agent systems, implementing collaboration, optimizing IDE workflows, integrating protocols, managing agent memory, and enforcing cloud security.
