Software Engineer; Trade Execution

A top-5 hedge fund is seeking highly skilled Software Engineers to join its Trade Execution Technology team. This group builds the mission-critical systems that sit at the heart of the trading business, developing ultra-low latency, highly scalable platforms that process large transaction volumes with exceptional reliability.

• Design and develop high-performance trading systems and execution algorithms.
• Build scalable distributed systems with a focus on latency, reliability, and performance.
• Lead complex engineering initiatives from design through production deployment.
• Partner closely with traders and investment teams while driving architectural decisions and technical standards.

• 3+ years of Java experience
• BS or MS in Computer Science or Related Field
• Experience building distributed systems and concurrent/multithreaded applications.
• Background in trading and financial technology
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and work directly with business stakeholders.
