Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP ABAP Developer with strong expertise in SAP ABAP development and exposure to SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM) and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing, developing, and enhancing SAP applications while contributing to cloud-native development initiatives using CAPM and BTP technologies. Candidates with strong ABAP expertise and working knowledge or implementation experience in CAPM/BTP are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP ABAP Development

• Design, develop, test, and support SAP ABAP solutions across SAP ECC and S/4
  
  HANA environments.
• Develop and enhance:
• Reports (Classical, Interactive, ALV)
• Interfaces
• Conversions
• Enhancements
• Forms (Smart Forms/Adobe Forms/SAP Scripts)
• User Exits, BAdIs, Enhancement Framework
• Develop Object-Oriented ABAP applications.
• Build and optimize CDS Views and AMDP where applicable.

SAP CAPM & BTP

• Participate in developing cloud applications using SAP CAPM.
• Build and consume OData Services.
• Develop applications using Node.js or JavaScript within CAP projects.
• Support deployments on SAP BTP.
• Work with authentication, destinations, and connectivity services.

Integration

• Develop and support integrations using:
• REST APIs
• RFC
• BAPI
• IDoc
• OData Services
• Troubleshoot interface and integration issues between SAP and third-party applications.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of strong SAP ABAP development experience.

• Interfaces
• RFC
• BAPI
• IDoc
• Strong experience with:
• CDS Views
• OData Services
• ABAP on HANA

• Experience working in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4
  
  HANA.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge or hands-on experience with SAP CAPM.
• Exposure to SAP BTP services.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Node.js and JavaScript.
• Experience with REST APIs and JSON.
• Exposure to cloud-native application development.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage.
