Cloud Services Lead Software Engineer

Allstate is seeking a Cloud Services Lead Software Engineer to design and deliver scalable, secure cloud-native solutions for finance and insurance products. You will lead development of microservices and APIs, guide cloud architecture decisions, and mentor engineers while championing Dev Ops practices and automation. Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, scalable cloud-native applications and services
• Lead development of microservices, APIs, and integration with enterprise platforms
• Define and evolve cloud architecture, standards, and best practices
• Drive CI/CD, automation, and Infrastructure as Code for reliable delivery
• Collaborate with product, security, and operations to deliver resilient solutions
• Mentor engineers, perform code reviews, and guide technical decisions
• Ensure compliance, observability, performance, and cost optimization in cloud environments
