Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications that meet Allstate's business needs.
• Collaborate with project managers, IT consultants, and business analysts to propose solutions and integrate functionalities.
• Provide technical guidance and consultancy to optimize software development practices and processes.
• Participate in the full software development life cycle from concept through delivery.
• Ensure compliance with security regulations and company policies during project execution.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software to ensure high performance and quality solutions.
