We’re looking for a C++ Developer to build and optimize high-performance trading systems supporting equities strategies, including intraday and low-latency workflows. You’ll work closely with quant researchers and traders to deliver robust, production-grade infrastructure.
What You’ll Do- Design and develop low-latency systems for trading, market data, and execution
- Optimize performance-critical code (latency, throughput, memory efficiency)
- Build and maintain real-time data pipelines and exchange connectivity
- Collaborate with quants to translate models into efficient production systems
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system reliability
- 3–8 years of professional C++ development experience (modern C++ preferred)
- Experience building low-latency or high-performance systems (trading preferred)
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and systems design
- Familiarity with Linux systems, networking, and concurrency/multithreading
- Experience working with real-time data or distributed systems
- Prior experience in trading, market data, or financial systems
- Knowledge of exchange protocols (FIX, OUCH, ITCH, etc.)
- Exposure to Python for tooling or research integration
- Understanding of hardware optimization (e.g., CPU caching, NUMA)
