The ideal candidate is a hands-on, self-motivated engineer who thrives in ambiguity and has a demonstrated ability to build scalable cloud and Dev Sec Ops platforms from the ground up. You will play a key role in establishing a new cloud foundation and shaping how engineering teams build, deploy, secure, and operate software.
Responsibilities- Build and establish scalable cloud and Dev Sec Ops capabilities from the ground up
- Design CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment standards
- Build cloud services using IaC and support a multi-cloud AWS/Azure strategy
- Develop secure containerized deployment patterns using Kubernetes and ECS
- Embed security, observability, and automation into the software delivery lifecycle
- Partner with application teams to establish scalable, reusable engineering standards
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity
- 5+ years in Dev Ops, Dev Sec Ops , Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Software Engineering
- Experience building cloud platforms, infrastructure, or Dev Ops practices from scratch
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure
- Experience with CI/CD, Terraform, Cloud Formation, Kubernetes, and containerization
- Strong security background including secrets management, security testing, and data protection
- Programming experience with Python and/or Java
- Experience with observability tools such as Datadog
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to influence technical direction across teams
- Cloud migration or modernization experience is a strong plus
