Manager – Developer Job Chicago area,Illinois USA,Software Development

Design, develop, test, and implement software applications and client-specific system solutions
Serve as technical lead across requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support
Analyze user requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications and scalable application designs
Develop and modify application code
Create data models, workflows, and integration solutions
Evaluate system feasibility within time and cost constraints
Identify and resolve technical and operational issues
Optimize application performance and reliability
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery

Requirements

Master’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business, Information Technology, or related field, plus two (2) years of IT experience; alternatively, Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in one of these fields plus five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate IT experience
One (1) year of technical IT work experience with one of the following skill sets: AEM configurations, Shell Scripting, and Jenkins; COBOL, JCL, and Mainframe; or SQL Server, Power BI, and Micro Strategy OLAP Services or Microsoft .Net Framework
Travel and relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required based on business needs
Travel not to exceed 5% per year for meetings and assigned projects
International travel not required
