** Your role*
* This role is ideal for an early-career software professional who is passionate about building high-quality applications, learning modern software engineering practices, and contributing to a collaborative development environment. The successful candidate will work alongside senior engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade software solutions.

** Your skills & experience*
* + Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using Java and Spring technologies.

+ Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

+ Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established coding standards.

+ Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues.

+ Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

+ Support application deployments and assist in production issue resolution.

+ Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and software development best practices.

** Required Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.

+ 1 to 2 years of hands-on, real-world software development experience.

+ Experience developing applications with  
** Java** ; experience with the latest Java versions is preferred.

+

Experience with the  
** Spring Framework** ; familiarity with the latest Spring ecosystem is highly desirable.

+ Understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and software development best practices.

+ Experience working with RESTful APIs and web services.

+ Familiarity with source control systems such as Git.

+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

+ Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Java certification (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional Java Developer) desired.

Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data, or related Spring modules.

+

Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

+ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern Dev Ops practices.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $43,984 - $105,600.
