This is a part-time on-site role for a Les Mills Group Fitness Instructor located in Chicago, IL. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will lead engaging and high-quality Les Mills fitness classes that cater to a diverse range of participants. Additional responsibilities include creating a positive and motivating environment, ensuring participant safety, and providing exceptional customer service while maintaining cleanliness and compliance with established facility guidelines.

• Proficiency in Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction with the ability to lead Les Mills classes effectively
• Experience in Customer Service to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants
• Knowledge or experience in Personal Training and familiarity with the Fitness Industry
• Les Mills certification and additional certifications such as CPR/AED are required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to foster participant engagement and motivation
