This is a part-time on-site role located in Chicago, IL for a Certified Functional Fitness Trainer. The role involves designing and leading group exercise sessions, providing personalized fitness training, guiding participants in functional fitness techniques, and motivating clients to achieve their health and wellness goals. Additional responsibilities include monitoring client progress, ensuring safety during workouts, and maintaining a supportive and engaging environment within the fitness facility.
Qualifications- Experience in Group Exercise and guiding participants through structured fitness classes.
- Proficiency in Fitness Instruction and Fitness Training methods for diverse skill levels.
- Familiarity with the Fitness Industry, including trends and best practices.
- Strong Customer Service skills to build positive relationships and provide excellent client experiences.
- Certified Functional Fitness Trainer certification or equivalent, with CPR/AED certification.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Previous experience in injury prevention or rehabilitation is a plus.
