PTI is hiring Crew Transport Drivers for Chicago East, IL. Starting pay $16.60/hr no prior professional driving experience required. Join a nation’s largest rail crew transportation company.

Professional Transportation, Inc. provides crew transportation services for railroads since 1980. PTI dispatchers match drivers with trips and safely transport crew members.

As a Van Driver, you will safely transport railroad crew members wherever requested. Trip length and times vary. Safety is the #1 priority.

• Promote and practice safety awareness
• Prioritize on‑time performance to meet customer needs
• Pick up and drop off crew members safely at destinations
• Provide excellent customer service
• Communicate timely with Dispatch Center
• Open and close all doors/hatches for crew members
• Report any defects, mechanical problems, or missing items during vehicle inspection to supervisor
• Promote and follow all company policies and procedures
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor

• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Minimum 3 years driving experience (personal or work‑related)
• Must pass post‑offer drug screening, MVR, and homeland security background check
• Able to arrive at branch location within 30 minutes to ensure on‑time performance
