We're hiring experienced Passenger Bus Drivers / Bus Operators to operate our iconic double-decker buses through the heart of the Windy City. Be part of the launch team for Tea Around Town – Chicago, a unique experience where guests Sip, Savor, and Sightsee aboard a moving tea lounge.

As the face of Top View, you'll deliver world-class hospitality while safely navigating guests through Chicago’s most iconic landmarks.

What You’ll Do
  • Safely operate double-decker buses along established tour routes
  • Perform and document daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Ensure the cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle at all times
  • Engage with guests by providing excellent customer service and assisting with boarding, directions, or questions
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and follow all safety and DOT compliance standards
  • Serve as a professional and welcoming representative of the Top View brand
Requirements
  • Valid CDL A or B license with Passenger (P) and Air Brake endorsements
  • Minimum of 1 year driving experience (sightseeing, shuttle, transit, or similar experience is a plus)
  • Strong commitment to safety, customer service, and reliability
  • Professional appearance and a friendly, positive attitude
  • Ability to follow schedules, handle guest inquiries, and represent Top View with professionalism
  • Must be punctual, dependable, and presentable—uniform will be provided
