Logistics Coordinator job at LaSalle Network. Chicago, IL. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating and optimizing the movement of consumer durable goods across international borders. This position requires a deep understanding of global supply chain dynamics, customs regulations and logistics operations.

The Logistics Coordinator will work closely with cross‑functional teams, carriers and customs authorities to ensure the efficient and compliant transportation of goods on a global scale.

• Manage end‑to‑end international logistics processes, ensuring timely and cost‑effective movement of goods
• Ensure all shipments comply with customs regulations and documentation is accurate and complete
• Negotiate and manage contracts with international carriers and freight forwarders
• Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists and customs declarations
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, customs clearances and compliance documentation
• Work to minimize delays and disruptions, ensuring smooth logistics operations
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers and service providers

• 1+ years of experience in logistics, preferably international
• Proficiency in using an ERP software tool
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
