Local Class A CDL Driver

Job Description

We are now hiring professional Class A CDL Drivers for a local intermodal position based out of Chicago, IL. If you are looking for a career that offers consistent freight, competitive pay, and the ability to be home daily

Drivers will transport freight throughout the Midwest on dedicated night and weekend schedules, managing multiple loads per shift.

• Home Daily: Maintain a great work-life balance.
• No-Touch Freight: 100% drop and hook. No physical loading or unloading required.
• Consistent Freight: Reliable year-round volume to keep you moving.

• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,200-1400 weekly
• Base Rate: $0.62 per mile
• Load Pay: $20.00 per load (Stop pay applies when routing requirements are met)
• Night Shift Differential: Additional +$0.06 per mile (Monday–Friday, 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
• Weekend Shift Differential: Additional +$0.12 per mile (Friday 7:00 PM – Monday 4:00 AM)
• Additional pay opportunities may apply based on specific circumstances.

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Monday – Friday)
• Weekend Shift: 12:01 AM Saturday – 4:00 AM Monday

• Local and regional runs daily throughout Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Iowa, and Indiana.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Minimum 6 months of Class A driving experience within the last 12 months.
• Must fully meet DOT medical and company safety requirements.
• Note:
  
  Accident history, traffic violations, and background check results will be reviewed in accordance with company safety standards.
