- $0.65 CPM solo / $0.70 CPM team starting miles avg weekly
- Incentives at 14K miles/month Detention, layover & breakdown pay
- Paid hotel for resets DOT inspection incentives
- Reefer (some dry) - No touch freight
- Majority drop & hook ; pick up & delivery
- OTR lanes:
South, Southwest & Northwest No East Coast runs - Fast orientation (under 1 day)
- HOME TIME 2 weeks out / 3 days home
- Consistent freight, predictable schedule
- Equipment:
Newer Freightliners & Volvos APU, inverter, fridge & microwave Steady miles. No touch freight.
- CDL-A license
- 18-24 months minimum OTR experience
- Clean MVR (max 2 violations in 3 years)
