Second Shift Dispatcher

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Second Shift Dispatcher, based in Chicago, IL. The Second Shift Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling transportation services, monitoring fleet movements, ensuring timely communication with staff and clients, and addressing any logistical issues that may arise. Duties include maintaining accurate records, responding promptly to requests, and ensuring compliance with organizational protocols and policies.

• Proficiency in logistics coordination, transportation planning, and fleet management
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills, including professional telephone and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in using dispatch software and related technologies
• Ability to problem-solve and handle time-sensitive situations effectively
• Previous experience in dispatching or logistics roles is preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in logistics or transportation are a plus
