Route Service & Sales Technician

This role is very engaging for the right person, as it blends hands‑on service & mechanical work with account management, customer service, and sales. You will be trained to manage every aspect of over 130 restaurant customers doing business with us, to include:

• Preventative maintenance & repair to our commercial dishwashing machines
• Product delivery and inventory management of the cleaning chemicals we provide to restaurants
• Invoicing, receiving payments, upselling, and on‑site training
• Building strong customer relationships that lead to loyalty and new sales opportunities
• Participating in an on‑call rotation for emergency service needs

What You Bring:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude - comfortable learning equipment, diagnosing issues, and fixing problems
• Sales mindset - able to identify growth opportunities and build trust
• High accountability, reliability, and pride in work
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for at least three years
