Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Hourly Rate: $21.50 per hour

Monthly Performance Bonus: $350

Sign-on Bonus: $1,500

The Delivery Driver role is a crucial part of achieving our mission of making healthy food more accessible. You will deliver food to wholesale retail partners and Smart Fridges. You will own your route by ensuring deliveries are sent to the correct address, within the correct time window, and that customers receive a high-quality delivery experience. You will be the face of Farmer’s Fridge when making deliveries, so a positive and professional attitude is essential.

• Drive a company-owned refrigerated van, safely delivering food to customers, fridges, and retail partners.
• Use an iPad to communicate completed deliveries and maintain delivery records.
• Adhere to delivery processes to ensure on-time performance.
• Represent Farmer’s Fridge professionally and be friendly and knowledgeable, as you are the primary point of contact for customers.

• Professional driving with food shipments using a refrigerated box truck (preferred)
• Ability to use technology: computers, Microsoft applications, and iPads
• Some knowledge of mechanics (minor repairs to vans or smart fridges)
• Ability to read and understand delivery instructions
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Non-CDL Driver
