Climate Express drivers play a crucial role in delivering goods across the United States, primarily in the middle corridor. They drive 2022 or newer Volvo 760 dry‑van trucks equipped with modern safety and comfort features.

• 2022 or newer Volvo 760, automatic transmission
• 68 cruise control, pedal features
• 70L /96W sleeper, larger built‑in refrigerator
• Auxiliary power unit, dual antennas, flat‑screen TV mount, satellite radios

Safety is shared responsibility. Our operations team provides dispatch, maintenance, and 24/7 support. Trucks undergo regular maintenance.

Drivers meet face‑to‑face with managers and peers; the dealer operates 24/7. Drivers and dispatchers know each other by name.

Pay is based on work record and experience. We pay our drivers loaded and empty on practical miles, potentially up to 5%–7% more miles a year than companies paying for short miles. Annual raises, merit raises, safety bonuses, and performance bonuses are offered. Top performers earned over $100,000 last year.

We understand the importance of balancing work and home. Operations ensure drivers return home on time while meeting delivery deadlines.
