CDL Driver/Operator

Decalbin, IL

Starting payrate $20.96 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision and a 401(k) with company contribution.

• Execute safe operations following routes and schedules.
• Provide exceptional passenger care.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Enforce seat belt and emergency response procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory mandates.
• Other duties as required.

• Minimum 21 years old.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsement.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability for weekdays, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical.

• Must work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
• Employee generally sits or uses a computer screen for long periods.
• Work environment includes both indoor and outdoor settings.
