Shipping Clerk | 2nd Shift

The Shipping Clerk

is responsible for the execution of outgoing shipments. The individual in this position will be in communication with our vendor partners and high-level clientele. In this role, you will act with urgency and ensure we are making decisions based on the customer needs. In this role, you are the anchor for all the hard work that has been put forth through the production teams in which the shipping team is the final touch.

There will be high Proactive planning of all logistics pertaining to client orders. Maintain Accurate records of Packing slips and Proof of delivery. Timely Notifications of job completion to all customer orders utilizing the shop management system and Culture Studio Email.

The shipping clerk is a key part of the shipping & logistic team that seals the deal of the cultural experience. This team is proud of providing our clients with white glove service and knowledgeable of stock, inventory, and planning of shipments.

• Bilingual Preferred but not required:
  Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
• 2+ Years of management of shipping/receiving experience
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, and very personable
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible, Friendly, and engaging personality
• Technical and applied understanding of logistics software
• Detail-oriented
• Multitasking capabilities
