About the PositionEquipment: 2022 or newer Volvo 760, automatic trucks. Volvos are the safest truck on the road. They run 68 cruise and pedal. These trucks have ergonomically designed seats, position‑perfect steering, 70” L / 96 W sleepers, larger than average built‑in refrigerators, auxiliary power units, dual antennas, flat‑screen TV mount, and satellite radios. Passenger and pet policy applies.
Safety: Safety is the responsibility of everyone. Our operations team is experienced and will dispatch you safely and legally. Loads are in the middle corridor of the United States; we will not dispatch you through the mountains of the West Coast or to New York City. Your truck will undergo regular maintenance; the shop is available 24/7.
Communication: Drivers meet face‑to‑face with managers and team members daily. Drivers and dispatchers know each other by name and may have nicknames. Our operations department is available 24/7.
Pay Structure: Pay is based on work record and experience and will be determined after full processing. We pay professionals loaded and empty on practical miles, which can be 5%–7% more per year than companies paying for short miles. We offer annual raises, merit raises, safety and performance bonuses. Top performers earned over $100,000 last year.
Family Support: We understand the need for work‑life balance. While you’re away, you will be earning to support your family, and our operations department helps get you home on time.
Loads: Dry van and reefer (no slaughterhouses or fresh meat). 1 pick / 1 drop or drop‑and‑hook. 100% no‑touch freight.

Requirements- 23 years of age
- 1 year of driving experience
- Must be willing to drive OTR
- No more than 4 serious driving incidents
