Responsibilities
Monitor drivers delivery progress and Safe Driving Practices. Set roster and schedule drivers according to route count. Assist with load out and morning distribution of vans & asset bags. Train new drivers. open and close. Inspect vans for damage. Monitor Drivers progress and hours to name a few. Other tasks are expected as well.

This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Dispatcher will utilize various technologies to optimize routes and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications- Must have 2 years of recent Amazon DSP dispatching.
- Must be a good communicator and leader.
- Must be able to influence a team.
- Must be able to follow Company policies and procedures.
- Must be able to coach staff as necessary.
