The following general description applies to all Delivery Experts. Please read the detailed information listed below.

• Greet walk‑in customers and take delivery and carry‑out orders over the phone.
• Clean and maintain the vehicle and ensure safe delivery of products.
• Make deliveries, running, jogging, or speed walking to and from the car for all deliveries.
• Process orders over the phone and in person using a touch‑screen computer system.
• Provide clear and upbeat speaking voice while communicating with customers.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately; provide correct monetary change.
• Use motor coordination and speed to execute precise movements.
• Navigate maps, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, including multi‑story buildings and private homes.

• Valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance.
• Working vehicle capable of handling deliveries.
• Good driving record.
• At least 18 years old.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and be punctual, dependable, responsible, and self‑motivated.
• Good motor coordination and navigation skills.
