Summary of Position
Responsible for transporting guests and/or employees between the Company’s properties and stop areas in a safe manner according to the Company Driver Agreement Policy.

• Transport guests and/or employees between the Company’s properties and designated stop areas in a safe and efficient manner
• Transport supplies between off site warehouse and cafe
• Provide highest level of customer service and give assistance if necessary
• Be knowledgeable and helpful to passengers and guests regarding schedules and services
• Strictly follow Company’s lost and found program
• Ensure vehicle is clean, fueled, and in safe working condition, noting any issues to Manager; perform pre‑ and post‑shift vehicle inspections using Company inspection forms and vehicle logs
• Understand company’s ISO (Environmental & Quality) management systems, policies, goals, and initiatives and meet the specific responsibilities within these areas
• Adherence to associated duties checklist and other related duties as assigned

• Superior customer service skills, strong communication skills, and a team player
• Work a variety of day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Safety oriented, paying attention to all traffic rules and Company Driver Agreement Policy
• Provide a clean driving record on an MVR background check
• Pass a pre‑employment drug screen
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Valid CDL license, Class B with passenger endorsement and Medical Card.

Experience:

Six (6) months in a hotel/resort setting preferred. Resort/National Park concession experience preferred.
