RXO - - Responsibilities:
Coordinate with railroads and carrier partners to plan, schedule, and track freight movements across the network;
Monitor daily pick-ups, interchanges, and deliveries; verify shipments progress and resolve delays;
Take check calls from drivers to ensure loads stay on schedule;
Validate load data prior to marking shipments as delivered for accounting purposes;
Track shipment status and proactively address service disruptions by coordinating with railroads and carriers
