Do you enjoy working in a fast‑paced, safety‑obsessed aviation environment? As a Warehouse Agent, you will be essential in ensuring that flights run on time by providing efficient ground support services.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the loading and unloading of cargo to and from trucks.
  • Check freight for proper piece count, weight, dimensions, and documents when accepting or delivering cargo.
  • Issue appropriate warehouse receipt or collect signed copy of delivery receipt.
  • Ensure that cargo has a proper release issued by office personnel before delivery to consignee or agent.
  • Operate basic cargo handling equipment such as forklift, aircraft pallets, and pallet jacks.
  • Break down cargo from import flights, sort as required, check freight against manifest and store in proper location in warehouse.
  • Build up cargo for export flights, following instructions of supervisor or person directing the buildup of the freight.
  • Keep inventory of on‑hand freight, warehouse supplies, airline equipment, and containers.
  • Maintain security of the cargo and company’s equipment; observe tampering or pilferage; report incidents to supervisor.
  • Maintain work area in clean condition; report damaged or broken equipment.
  • Accept related assignments from lead agents, supervisors, or management.
  • Complete paperwork and forms connected with work assignments; enter data into the company’s information system.
  • Follow company procedures and protocols to ensure safe and responsible operation.
  • Complete all required training when mandated by the company, airport governing authority, or customer.
  • Be punctual, prepared, and safe; work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Safety, Security, and Compliance

All AGI Team members are responsible for the health, wellbeing, safety, and security of themselves and others. They must cooperate with managers to comply with legal requirements, avoid reckless interference, report hazards, incidents, or dangerous occurrences, and follow all Safety & Security policies. Employees shall attend necessary training courses.

Physical Requirements

This role requires lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and moving items of 70 pounds or more on a regular basis, with repetitive lifting of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces. Candidates must walk, climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop frequently for extended periods; respond to moving vehicles or aircraft; use radio equipment; and work around jet and machinery noise.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Good communication skills – verbal and radio communication with crew and ground personnel.
  • Basic math skills – calculate piece count, weight, and dimensions.
  • Computer skills – use computer systems to track cargo.
  • Problem‑solving skills – troubleshoot issues during loading and unloading.
  • Time‑management skills – manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
  • Authorization to work in the United States (or Canada) as required.
  • Complete ramp and SIDA training for airport authority identification security.
  • Ability to secure a Customs Seal when required by customer or role access.
Preferred Qualifications

One or more years of relevant experience.
